Applies to delivered orders. If your game arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or a full refund. Photo evidence may be required.

• In original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
